ATOR：　This　was　a　new　kind　of　financial　crisis；　unlike　anything　the　International　Monetary　Fund　had　ever　encountered。　The　IMF　organized　huge　loans　for　Indonesia　and　other　Asian　nations；　on　the　condition　they　cut　government　spending；　raise　interest　rates；　and　eliminate　corruption。
