莱特尔将爱丽丝的身体抱了起来，来到了沼泽边。

缠绵凄恻的轻音乐响起，台下的观众看着这一幕，两人彼此的对视以及沉默，都让许多人纷纷落泪。

“爱丽丝，我的爱丽丝，你不会有事的！请相信我，无论如何，我也不会让你有事的……”颤抖的声音撕声力竭地响起，像是濒临的鸟的哀鸣。

“莱特尔，我从来不曾后悔过……莱特尔，你不能忘记我……你要为我……好好的活着……答应我。”爱丽丝的声音几乎听不见，面具下的木婴，容颜开始逐渐苍老起来。

只有近处的海瑟薇，才清楚地看见，木婴皱了起来的双手。

“木婴……木婴……”她将自己的呜咽声埋在了手掌之中，肩膀剧烈地颤抖着，却没有一个人能够知道她此刻的心情。

她的朋友，她的朋友即将在她的面前逝去了……

流苏看着她，最终坚定的点了点头。

令人心情沉重的乐声响了起来，莱特尔唱起了悲伤的挽歌——

只是没有一个人发现，躺在流苏怀里的女子，再也没有动过。

海瑟薇转身，慢慢地移动开脚步，向着舞台的另一个方向，寂静地离开了。
